What happens at your limit
Select the apps and websites behind a spending habit. When Perim receives spending that reaches your budget, those selections are covered by a Screen Time block until the next monthly reset.
Strengthen the setup
Grant Perim Screen Time access and complete the protection checks in the app. Supported devices can use additional settings, including restrictions on removing the app and changes to the device clock. A separate Screen Time passcode can protect permission changes on supported iOS versions. Perim cannot set, read or verify that passcode for you.
Test your own device
Use the Protection test before committing a real budget. Check the selected app and website, restart the phone, and try the system settings that might change protection. The test is temporary and is separate from a real monthly commitment. iOS changes can affect what is enforced.
The boundaries of blocking
Protection applies to selected apps and websites on the configured iPhone. Other devices, unselected apps and sites, other ways to shop, and changes to permissions can fall outside it. Perim does not claim that blocking is impossible to bypass.
Perim does not decline payments. A payment may complete before bank data arrives, including one that takes you beyond a budget. Keep essential services out of a block, and use your bank directly for payments, disputes and account security.
Privacy by design
Apple provides opaque selections for Screen Time controls. Your device applies those selections locally. Perim does not need your bank password or Screen Time passcode. See our privacy policy for details.
